How the Program Works:

Success is measured by whether or not you can get in your jeans and/or your bodyfat measurements via InBody Bioelectical Impedance, your attendance in Metabolic Team Training (formerly bootcamp), and compliance with Nutrition.  We keep you accountable for that!  You’ll never get on the regular scale!

Step 1: Register for Lean Jeans.
Step 2:  We will help you put your teams together.
Step 3: Attend orientation.
Step 4: Bring in your “lean jeans” and we’ll take a “before” picture or just do the bodyfat testing
Step 5: Attend bootcamp classes and follow optimal nutrition guidelines.
Step 6: Fit into your jeans, and drop significant body fat by the end of the 6 weeks!
